ARE YOU FROM NON-ENROLLED COUNTRIES FOR THE MEDIUM PARTNER PROGRAM? DON’T WORRY, YOU STILL CAN DO GREAT THINGS!
The medium partner program is for enrolled countries as mentioned on the medium website. You must stay physically in the countries. I read a post somewhere, although you are a citizen of the countries if you are not staying there (geographically, not only administratively), you can not join the program, except you have a solution.
For my fellow non-enrolled writers, don’t worry, we still can do great things here:

Medium is a great platform with a big community, it will be easier for you to get readers and followers here. I got 211 followers and almost 860 views, 687 reads, 199 fans in less than one month. Something You won’t find in another platform. Believe me, I build an account on another platform even nobody loves my articles there yet. Medium has an excellent environment and algorithm to support our growth in terms of readers and followers.
Use medium as your writing school, learn from the best
Many excellent writers in medium, you can learn from them. Improve your writing skill continuously. Make their success story your motivation. You also can use the medium as your laboratory for your writing, try the topics and see your reader's response. You can decide which topic will be your priority in writing. You can also know your reader's preferences, what they like. Enjoy your writing, have fun.
Connect your community to your commercial Platform somewhere
When in the future you have a big community, many followers and fans, introduce your “commercial” or paid platform such as Your own blog, substack, Vocal media, etc.
I found a big writer here who mentioned the link of his substack mailing list on his Profiles. I think it is a smart idea, He can get double benefit since he is a Medium Partner Program member, he earns money here and from his paid subscriber in substack.
We can adopt this idea since we are from nonenrolled countries, We use the medium to build our readers community and introduce them to other “commercial” platforms which working for us.
